William Smith and Juliann Loving

Julianna Loving

Juliann was born in Tennessee, probably Henry County. Her father William was born in Virginia about 1800 or 1801, and her mother Holly was born in South Carolina about 1809 or 1810 according to the 1850 census when they lived in Henry County Civil District 18.

Children

While looking through censuses in Ripley County and Carter County, I found a listing that is possibly for son William Henry. The age is not quite correct, although other data fit. I also found claims for a marriage between William Henry Smith and Lulie Myers 30 May 1878 in Ripley County, but I could not locate any records to check.

William Smith

William was born about 1823 in Tennessee, probably Henry County. He married in Henry County, and, after marriage, he and Juliann remained there until after 1855. They relocated to Carter County, Missouri, and their youngest child, James was born there about 1858.
