Both the family record and the TN Death Index give 21 January 1919 as her death date. She was the daughter of Joshua Bradshaw and Nancy Powell. Joshua descended from Richard Bradshaw, who was very likely the brother of Taylor's ancestor, Susannah (Bradshaw) Smith, thus, making Taylor and Lula distant cousins.
A picture postcard in my possession has L D. Bradshaw in address section and name James Caplinger, Siloam Springs, MO. Per the 1920 census (Howell Co., ED 97, p. 89a), James W., 30, MO/TN/TN, and Irving D., 37, TN/TN/TN, lived there. Their Caplinger grandmother appears to be Susan Culpepper, half sister to Lula's grandmother, Margaret Culpepper (grandfather John B. Caplinger). Their mother was Margaret Trigg or Birdwell, daughter of Mary Powel, sister of Allenson Jr.
Children of Taylor Moody and Lula Bradshaw
Marriage: 4 Apr 1915, Henry Co., TN; Don Henderson (cousin of Taylor), bondsman
The family bible, which was in the possession of Louise Alexander and was left to Carol Norwood, states that Taylor died 24 January 1919. It records events, 18xx-1931. The TN death index states that he died 26 Jan 1931.
Taylor Moody and Lula Bradshaw Moody died of the 1918-1919 flu epidemic, within a few days of each other.
