Cleve Kirkland (son of Jim and Doss Kirkland per birth certificate; according to their daughter Joyce and granddaughter Nena, he was an uncle of Lillian (Johnson) Alexander, who along with her husband Page had the gravestone erected. Joyce's and Nena's research showed that "Jim" was James B. and that "Doss" was Temperance D. Kirkland [maiden name], first married to James Ray from whom Lillian descended.)
