This person may possibly not exist; i.e., Matthew, the Revolutionary War soldier in GA, could be the father instead of the grandfather of Matthew and William Andrew. For this to be true, his wife, must have been several years younger than he, just barely over 45 years in 1820. More likely, in my opinion, is that this  person was the younger adult male on the 1820 census, and the younger adult female was probably the mother.
