I Tate Alexander in consideration of $3000 paid by Robert Ballew a piece of land lying on Tugulo River adj lands of David Humphries, Allen Elston, and James Bedford, granted to Robert Moss Campbell and Tate Phere Shelton containing 640 acres, adj corner of survey made for Aaron Smith thence by Allen Elstons land, James Bedfords land, David Humphries land, Moss Campbells original line, bank of Tugulo River, all that part of said land belonging to Andrew Lofton excepted.
