Jonathan Gore - (b. Aug. 14, 1805; d. Nov. 14, 1843) married Burk (JFA NOTE: he married Louisa Burk, who was probably a niece to some of the McClures married by the others.)
An entry in Isaac D. Gore's bible states, "Jonathan Gore was born August 14th 1805 (page 678). Another entry on page 677 states "Jonatan Gore and Louisey were married December 3rd 1829."
A look at the ages at the time of the 1850 census, after Jonathan's death, shows that the male born before 1830 was deceased. Elizabeth, who was married to Hayden Hunt, was listed as 20 in close agreement with page 678 that gives 14 November 1830 as her birth date.
Jonathan Gore died 14 November 1843 as noted by Thomas Gore Jr.
Thomas Gore and Louisa, the widow of Jonathan, were married 29 September 1851.
Louisa died 3 September 1865 as recorded in the Moorehead-Gore bible.
